Quantobio microRNA专利产品两次荣登Nature杂志

新年伊始，旷博生物又传来捷报：采用QuantoBio microRNA专利产品和服务的研究论文《miR-126 and miR-126* repress recruitment of mesenchymal stem cells and inflammatory monocytes to inhibit breast cancer metastasis》在Nature Cell Biology（IF=19.488）上发表，该项工作由杜克大学王小凡教授实验室领衔完成，国内第二军医大学、温州医学院和上海生科院等多家单位参与。这是继1月份中国科学院微生物所采用旷博生物四聚体技术平台的文章在Nature Structural & Molecular Biology（IF=12.712）正式发表后QuantoBio品牌新年第二次登上Nature系列杂志。

    旷博生物是2009年9月由“海归”组成的创业团队与两个专业投资机构（晨兴创投和藤州生物）发起成立的，以开发生产科研试剂和特色临床检验产品为方向，以国产替代进口为使命，经过三年多的努力，通过引进、合作和转化，快速建立了免疫学和分子生物学的五个技术平台（ELISA/ELISpot、流式试剂、四聚体、microRNA和基因测序），开发了酶联免疫试剂盒、重组蛋白、荧光标记抗体、 Aimplex多因子检测、特异性T细胞检测试剂盒、microRNA表达谱分析和功能研究、传染病和肿瘤早期诊断试剂盒、健康管理等系列产品和服务。

    近期采用旷博生物两个平台产品的研究论文分别在Nature系列刊物发表，2012年还有南开大学生物学院利用旷博生物IL-17 ELISA试剂盒的文章在Arthritis & Rheumatism杂志（IF=7.866）发表，浙江大学免疫学系利用CD4 抗体的文章刊登在Eur. J. Immunol杂志（IF=5.103）。一系列高水平论文的发表，标志着旷博生物的品牌已经被越来越多的国内外专家们所接受，高品质的产品和高水准的服务完全能够帮助研究人员创造国际一流水平的研究成果。
